24th-26th Feb London Classic Car Show
The Club will have a stand at this show at the Olympia Exhibition hall in Kensington, a stone’s throw from the former Bristol Cars showroom. Discounted tickets will be available to members, details of which shall be circulated by email very soon.

15th April Bristols Coffee & Chat
All Bristol owners are welcome to this Sunday morning meet up. Gather at 10.30am at The Angel, Larling, Norfolk, NR16 2QU (just off the A11 near Snetterton circuit). 22nd April Bristols Drive-it Day
BOC and BODA meet up at the Classic Motor Hub in Bibury, Glos. Coffee and light lunch available, and usually lots of quality sales stock to admire at this interesting venue. The official FBHVC Drive-it Day is Sunday so this gives members the chance to attend another event on the Sunday if they wish. The Motor Hub is booked (10 cars, 20 pax) but numbers tbc. We will need to know who wants to come, so please contact Peter Campbell on wessex.sec@boc.net.

1st May Gawsworth Hall Show
An annual event since 1998, the show takes place from 10m to 4pm in the walled Elizabethan pleasure gardens. For details please contact BOC North West organiser David Taylor on david.taylor@ axiodevelopment.co.uk.
14th May BOC AGM
To be held at Whittlebury Hall & Spa, Whittlebury, Towcester, NN12 8QH, on Sunday at 11am.
2nd-5th June Fougères Rally, France
A popular non-BOC event, with several Bristols already confirmed to attend. Further details on rallye-fougeres.org.
3rd June Pangbourne College Classic Car Show

18th June Fathers’ Day at Aerospace Bristol
The BOHT has been invited to display Bristol cars at the Bristol Aerospace museum at Filton this summer. Full details tbc. Peter Campbell wessex.sec@boc.net is coordinating.
13th-16th July Goodwood FoS
23rd July BOC Bristol Day and Concours d’Elegance
This year’s Concours will be held on Sunday 23 July at Christ Church, St Aldgate’s on the Cathedral School’s playing field (Merton Field) adjacent to the college buildings. There will be a Dinner in the Freind Room at Christ Church on the evening of Saturday 22 July, with drinks on the terrace overlooking the meadow.
The entrance gate on St Aldgate’s (A420) will have a BOC banner on Sunday, its between Tom Gate and Broad Walk Gate and the what three words location is ///scrap.wiring.mixed. Be aware that Oxford now has Zero Emission Zone nearby, if you stray into them (they are signed) you need to pay a £10 fee within 7 days. 12th August Ace Cafe
The annual Bristols & Jensens gathering at this fun London venue. Ace Corner, North Circular Road, London NW10 7UD. Meet from 11am.
13th August Layer Marney Cup

The new name for the Silverstone Classic, the Festival promises historic motorsport, incredible music, family fun and amazing food all in one weekend. 27th August SE BBQ & Film Night
Nick and Sarah Allen are kindly hosting the Summer BBQ lunch again from their courtyard home in West Chiltington. Numbers for this popular event are strictly limited so please get in touch with Liz Alford at liz@alford.cc if you wish to come along. There will also be a table at a local restaurant the previous evening along with a supper at the Courtyard on the Sunday evening for those who wish to make a weekend of it.
8th-10th Sept Goodwood Revival
23rd Sept Castle Combe Autumn Classic
The BOHT will have a stand at this event, and it is hoped some Frazer-Nashes and historic BMWs will join the Bristols. The racing is usually excellent at this exciting Wiltshire circuit, and having now moved forward by a week it didn’t even rain in 2022! Contact Peter Campbell on wessex.sec@boc.net for more details.
5th-7th October Wessex Weekend Wander
It is planned to base this year’s WWW at Guyers House Hotel, near Corsham, Wiltshire. Have a look in Bulletin 174 for a report on 2022’s fun weekend in Devon. Contact Peter Campbell on wessex.sec@boc.net for more details. The WWW is running Thursday to Saturday AM this year due to a wedding at the hotel.

22nd October Albert Memorial meet
Gather between 9:30 and 16:30 for this biennial event held in Kensington Gardens in front of the Albert Memorial (Directly opposite the Royal Albert Hall)
Note: Its is a requirement that you bring along a drip tray and place under the car when parked up.

10th-12th Nov NEC Classic Motor Show
We will be displaying on stand 1-520 in the main hall, Discounted tickets are available if booked in advance at www.necclassicmotorshow.com . The discount code for tickets will be included in the next newsletter.
